Splice inspections and Q.A.Q.C’s
When you typically hire a conveyor service company, they send out a crew, pull on the belt and splice it, pack up and leave. SOME belt companies will give you a Q.A.Q.C hand written by THEIR techs, do you really understand or know if the information is correct? If there is a belt problem or splice issue how much does this cost while waiting for them to repair or replace the belt? Have you ever been given the run around by the belt companies before or had to call another company to fix your belt problems? Ames conveyor services provide a third party Q.A.Q.C that will ensure your belt is being spliced to the manufacture recommendations and installed correctly. We will be there step by step taking photos, recording times, temperature, pressure and cool down times for the entire splice process. Since we do not offer a splicing service or sell conveyor components this is a completely unbiased service. We document the entire process and give you the information and report any problems we see with the splice companies procedures. This saves you time and money!
